Vaquero Club is a luxury residential community and private country club developed by Discovery Land Company in Westlake, Texas. Spanning 525 acres, the property offers the ultimate lifestyle experience with a 33,000 square foot clubhouse, day spa and luxury dining.

Discovery selected Birch to build two on-course comfort stations on the par 71 golf course. Our team was responsible for all work necessary for site preparation, utilities, infrastructure, site improvements and all building systems. Each station includes a 525 square foot indoor kitchen, high-touch finishes, restroom facilities and 390 square feet of exterior covered patio.
