Looking to centralize operations and deepen its Texas connections, Cacique Foods identified a three-story office building in Las Colinas for their new headquarters. As the construction team behind some of the area’s leading head offices, Birch approached Cacique’s move as a unique opportunity to deliver a modern environment that supports staff and aligns operations.

This project was a new build-out of first-generation space. The new Cacique headquarters features executive offices, collaborative work spaces, private conference rooms and training areas. As a family-run food business, the real fun happens in the dining and social gathering area which features a large rum bar, cutting kitchen and even a dedicated DJ booth.
