As one of the only healthcare providers serving the North Texas Native community, Texas Native Health offers free primary care, mental health care, job services and cultural programs to more than 14,000 Native American patients — most who are uninsured. To deliver on this mission, Texas Native called on Birch to renovate their facility.

For example, we tackled several unknown conditions during interior demolition. We were also tasked with bringing new electrical, sewer, and fire suppression services to and within an existing/active building. We also led the procurement and coordination of contractor-provided equipment in concert with owner-provided equipment to meet the project schedule. By providing creative solutions, we’re enhancing the customer experience and maximizing growth potential facility while minimizing construction costs.
