GDS Wealth Management provides individuals and businesses with financial and investment planning services. They selected Birch to deliver their new headquarters in Flower Mound in fall of 2023.

Designed as a luxury, “Four Seasons” type space, GDS’ new home is a two-story steel framed office with garage parking at the elevated level. The site includes more than 15,000 square feet devoted to 27 offices, finished-out with glass fronts, 42 workstations, six conference rooms, a kitchen, kitchenette and breakroom. Completed in fall of 2023, the entire space was finished out with real wood paneling, natural stone elements, brass and bronze finishes and accent lighting.
