ELDORADO

Located on Eldorado Parkway, this retail shopping center is strategically situated across the street from the first H-E-B in McKinney and along a bustling street with high traffic, guaranteeing future tenants a constant stream of potential customers. 

The initial phases of construction included site preparation, excavation and pad moisture conditioning. In this phase, all fire lanes around the building needed to be complete prior to going vertical so we sequenced the entire project to accommodate this requirement. The building is constructed of structural steel and slab on grade. Building shells are metal studs, moisture protection and drywall and exterior masonry finishes. We led coordination with trades for the complete installation and commissioning of the shell building systems. This project will be completed in February 2024 with two decel lanes and infrastructure for three additional pad sites.
