DO MORE THAN COUNT DOORS

Throughout your internship, you’ll get to experience it all.

You’ll train on the latest technology, contribute to cool projects, make industry connections and get paid to volunteer for meaningful give back projects.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Construction is all about problem-solving so we’re seeking interns with a strong work ethic, a sense of purpose and a sense of humor.

If you’re looking for a place where you can help, learn and laugh, then you belong at Birch.

GAIN HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE

During your internship, you’ll learn by working on real-world projects. In addition to having a mentor who is focused on helping you get the most out of your internship, you'll work directly with trades and help build some of the coolest projects in North Texas. Hard hat and safety vest included.

BUILD TECHNICAL SKILLS

At Birch, you'll train alongside industry professionals and learn the fundamentals of construction and the AEC industry. Through daily assignments, you'll learn to read blueprints and technical drawings, study building codes and regulations, practice proper safety protocols and support team communication.

PARTICIPATE IN OACs

As a Birch intern, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in our Owner, Architect and Contractor meeting. As you listen in, you’ll learn what matters to everyone involved in the construction process - from design intent challenges to updates on project progress, budget and schedule and how to manage design changes and coordination between parties.

OWN THE BIRCH CULTURE

We help people, help people. And our purpose defines everything we do.

During your internship, you’ll join a team with shared values who love to have fun through our firm's social events, team celebrations and trade partner outings. Trust us – you’ll be a Birch Builder in no time.

GIVE BACK

We believe a well-round Birch experience includes giving back to the North Texas community. And with a paid volunteer event, you’ll get the opportunity to bond with others across all departments while helping a deserving nonprofit.

This is just one more way we help people, help people.
