COIT & MAIN PLAZA

DALLAS, TX

To prepare the site, Birch provided full site development with utilities, earthwork and paving. The primary scope of work included the pouring of three pad sites, construction of an 8 foot retaining wall, new drainage into Live Creek and the construction of a 1,200 linear foot bike trail. Our team also led the installation of a decel lane and one turn lane off Main Street and two decel lanes and a left turn lane off Coit Road.

Located across from Brinkman Ranch, a $1 billion development, the Coit and Main plaza not only includes 2,275 square-feet for the anchoring Starbucks, but approximately 12,660 square-feet of shell retail space divided between seven additional tenants.

In total, the plaza includes 14,935 square-feet of retail with a covered drive-thru.
