SPEC'S

Situated on three acres right off President George Bush Turnpike, this 10,000 square foot retail store was one of three buildings developed on this site. The Birch team led grading, paving and utilities for the three pads and installed more than 1,500 linear feet of water lines and 1,800 linear feet of storm lines on the property. Our team also coordinated with TxDot to construct a new drive on the George Bush service road and the City of Richardson to install a decel lane on westbound Renner Road.

As the fifth largest retailer of wine in the United States, Spec’s Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods wanted to expand in east Plano. They turned to Birch to lead Build to Suit construction, including preconstruction services and construction management.
