HOEFER WELKER

Founded in 1996, Hoefer Welker is an award-winning architecture, planning and interior design firm. By selecting Birch as their construction partner, their goal was to renovate their office into a modern, collaborative environment.

Birch’s renovations were conducted during the pandemic on the 24th floor of a 50-story high-rise in an open and operating office tower in downtown Dallas. This project required heavy coordination to adapt and adjust the schedule to facilitate material management outside of office hours.
