SHOPS AT WOODBRIDGE COMMONS
SACHSE, TX

Located at the corner of Highway 78 and Woodbridge Parkway, the Shops at Woodbridge Commons was a former greenfield that Birch turned into a speculative retail shell building for a repeat client.
Designed by Modus Architects, this project required minimal grading before the utilities were brought to the site. At more than 15,000 square-feet, the building features a drive-thru and stone exterior insulation and finish systems with a glass façade. The fire lane was completed by the two adjoining neighbors’ pre-engineered metal building structure.
Built post-COVID, the most significant challenge for this project was the ability to acquire materials and keep this project on schedule. It is currently 100 percent occupied.
