GRAPEVINE FAITH

In 2023, Birch completed construction of a state-of-the-art baseball field for Grapevine Faith Christian School. This project involved careful planning and  execution to create a high-quality field turf surface with a comprehensive subsurface drainage system and irrigation system to maintain ideal field conditions. 

Nine months into construction, our team discovered water rising to the surface during excavation. After three months of geotechnical testing, we confirmed with the City of Grapevine that the water is clean and the source is a natural spring. We then engaged our civil engineering partners to develop a plan to preserve the reservoir, reroute the fresh water and maintain the warranty for the field turf system that will serve players for years to come.
