OSBURN CONCRETE

Osburn, now Baker Concrete Construction, is part of the nation’s top commercial concrete construction firm. In 2021, Osburn brought in the Birch team to help finish-out their headquarters in Plano. The goal was to construct a modern workplace to help consolidate and align operations.

Tenant finish-out included opening an interior staircase, which allowed for enhanced flow between two previously separate levels. The placemaking collaboration zones included two custom millwork bookshelves, a dynamic kitchen that anchors a flexible gathering space and a high-end bathroom amenities complete with showers.
