Birch constructed the first PopStroke in North Texas.

Delivered in March 2024, PopStroke is an entertainment and outdoor dining venue that is redefining the way players and families experience the game of golf. Located at Grandscape in The Colony, the 10,500 square foot site includes an open-air restaurant and bar, commercial kitchen, restrooms, covered playground and lobby with retail shop. The cornerstone of PopStroke is the two 18-hole synthetic turfs putting courses designed by TGR Design by Tiger Woods.

The primary challenge for this project was operating in a tight environment at Grandscape. Phased and constructed at the same time as neighboring COSM and Fireside Surf, our team used Lean construction to coordinate trade and on-time delivery of material with restricted access.
