Located in Preston Center in heart of the Park Cities, 55 Seventy is a private membership club focused on creating a unique social experience around wine.
Birch partnered with Dallas-based Duncan & Miller Design to turn the concept into a reality. The 8,500 square foot site - featuring 4,000 square feet of cellar space - includes a champagne bar, a large private dining room, tasting bar, lounge and garden room.
