We maintain a proud tradition of safety at Birch Construction. It drives how we select our business partners, starting with our clients and including the last subcontractor to leave the site. It determines how we train our people, from new hire orientation through ongoing training of all field personnel. Safety starts with our people and is permeates through every member of the greater project team through active communication, training and follow up. 

We use detailed analytics to measure our success, and we track conformance by project, subcontractor, trade and even by each piece of equipment. Our safety staff includes company executives, our superintendents, and all members of the project team as well as a 3rd party safety company to help inspect our projects from an outside perspective. 

Birch is in continuous communication with all stakeholders and our project team is involved during every phase of project delivery. Combined with sound construction means and methods, our focus on quality extends to our subcontractors and trade contractors.

Birch Construction focuses on long-term relationships with our clients. We strive to ensure satisfaction with our work long after the project is completed. Our warranty services represent our assurance to clients that we assume responsibility for our projects after completion.  Our staff are required to schedule a walk-through with project owners one year after project completion. During this process, a list is established and any items or issues of concern are addressed and corrected as needed. In addition, we provide a quick response, often within the same day, to warranty-related service calls.
